At Healthcare Plus Private Care, we recruit experienced individuals with character and personality. We carefully select caregivers who are knowledgeable, compassionate, dependable and trustworthy. Our caregivers undergo thorough screenings and background checks. They are insured, licensed and bonded.​

Being the employer, we assume all responsibility for the payroll, taxes, social security and workers' compensation. In addition, we continuously provide our staff with a multi-phased training program to make them extraordinary caregivers.
